Arabtec Holding PJSC announced that it has established a Facilities Management company, Arabtec Envirogreen Facility Management Services LLC. The new company will focus on facility management and operations, asset management, energy management and facility management consultancy providing a comprehensive package of facilities management and consultancy service solutions that seek to optimize the design, management and operations of all facilities. The new company has been awarded a contract for the delivery of full facilities management services to Cayan Investment and Development’s Silverene Towers in Dubai Marina. Silverene Towers comprise of two residential towers, covering over 120,000sq/m with a common Podium area. The Towers contain 581 residential units with an integral suite of retail units accessible to the public.
The scope of works for Arabtec Envirogreen will provide a Help Desk, MEP maintenance, cleaning, security and concierge services along with the management of specialist services such as the maintenance of Lifts, CCTV system, fire alarm and fire- fighting systems, access control system, Building Management System, swimming pools and emergency power generator. All on- site services will be planned and monitored using Arabtec Envirogreen’s Computer Aided Facilities Management system (CAFM) to ensure the delivery of the services is effective and efficient, with a specific focus on Asset Management and Energy Management and will also seek to identify any future cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives favorable to our Client’s.
